Senior EB Consultant CFP/Employee Benefits Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Provider seeks to employ a Senior EB Consultant CFP Johannesburg

Due to our clients ongoing growth they are seeking to employ a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to head up their retirement fund consulting team based in Johannesburg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company''s retirement consulting team, inter alia, the following :

Managing and developing the consultants within the team (currently 4 members)
Managing the budget for the team
Facilitating consulting best practice development and planning
Servicing a portfolio of clients and managing relationships with clients
Managing relationships with third-party service providers
New business growth

Ideal experience and qualifications

15 years'' employee benefits consulting experience
5 years'' management experience
FAIS Accredited for appropriate products
RE1 Regulatory Examination completion
CFP

Remuneration

A complete remuneration package will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the candidate
Package approximately R100 000 and R150 000 per month plus an incentive scheme providing for an annual bonuse based onperformance and contribution to the business
Equty participation may also be considered.
