POSITION INFO:

We are currently recruiting an Senior Relationship Management Specialist for the JHB area that meets the following requirements:

Key Accountabilities:

•             Administer and execute communications and events’ plans in line with business unit objectives and client standards.

•             Establish annual employee communications and events’ calendars.

•             Implement communication channels guide to facilitate delivery of messages in adherence with content plan and calendar.

•             Monitor the implementation of comprehensive digital communication and online tools (e.g., websites, webinars, podcast, segment blogs, content marketing, relationship monitoring tool).

•             Conceptualise, plan, and execute events to drive awareness and deliver on event success metrics.

•             Lead organization of event logistics including sourcing and contracting vendors for venues (booking and management), technology, catering, and other requirements.

•             Write and edit creative and clear content including press releases, executive communications, plans, intranet content, video scripts, and infographics.

•             Oversee the preparation of materials for pre-event, execution, and post-event stages including handouts, booths, and signage.

•             Measure and review performance of communication channels and events. Recommend adjustments or alternatives to secure constant alignment with Group targets.

•             Understand business needs and research trends to identify improvement opportunities and recommend new tools and practices for both communications and event management.

•             Highlight areas of lack that requires relationship intervention and plan accordingly.

•             Implement Clients  risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.

•             Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable the efficient and effective execution of communications and events’ plans.

•             Continuously improve own skills and knowledge. Complete, implement, and track personal development plan to attain personal performance goals.

•             Identify and activate learning as required based on individual and collective needs.

•             Nurture a team spirit and openness towards feedback, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
