SUMMARY:
At least 7 years experience as a Service Designer with a background in Interaction Designer and User Experience Design at a digital product company leading the design planning, research and development of engaging customer experiences. Background preferably in Management Consulting / Data Science industry.

POSITION INFO:

Experience with Google Products / Google Analytics. Conceptualise and lead service design frameworks to tailor the design of online channel services to be user friendly. Remain a hands-on design expert, shaping concepts and seeing it through to detailed design and implementation. Jhb based.
