SUMMARY:
Description

Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Manager, the incumbent will provide legal support to all the company's directorates, ensure compliance with the supply chain management, and ensure legal compliance of all company's contractual agreements. The role requires an excellent organiser and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude and a high degree of emotional maturity.

Minimum Requirements:

LLB degree.
Minimum 5-8 years post-admission experience.
Admission as an attorney or advocate of the High Court (admitted legal practitioner).Compliance qualification and at least 5 years’ experience in compliance management.
Experience in drafting and vetting a variety of complex agreements.
Advanced knowledge of SCM legislation, policies, and processes applicable in the public sector or entity.
