As part of an ambitious growth strategy, our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (Hunter) to identify, secure and grow high-value client relationships while expanding the organisation's footprint across Africa.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially driven professional with a proven ability to win new business, manage strategic accounts and build long-term client partnerships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries. Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and client retention. Build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Understand client business challenges and develop tailored, value-driven solutions. Lead commercial proposals, presentations and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts. Represent the organisation professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry forums. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Research, Economics, Psychology or a related field. Additional qualifications in Sales or Key Account Management will be advantageous. Minimum 10 years' experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales or Management Consulting. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding new business targets. Experience managing strategic client relationships and complex commercial sales cycles. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and presentation skills. Experience within research, consulting, business intelligence or data analytics environments will be highly advantageous.
