JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client Is a World Leader in Engraving Equipment: (Engraving, Marking & Laser Cutting)Their high-end brand of Laser Engravers offers a complete solution for everything from laser engraving and laser cutting, including industrial laser cutting and laser marking.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Follow up on all leads received, quoting and seeing the sale through to completion. This includes visiting the customer, doing onsite or online demonstrations as applicable. Samples would need to be supplied to customer if requested.
Ensure that all business intelligence and opportunity management data is up to date like CRM, customer reports, installed base and sales reports.
Work closely with local management and in-house technical counterparts to create a full-service solution for potential & existing clients.
The position will answer to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Travel to customers on an ad-hoc basis ensuring customer satisfaction on handover and throughout the term of contract on a regular/scheduled basis.

The Successful Applicant:

Strong commercial acumen with ability to introduce and guide potential customers through financing opportunities should this be necessary.
Ability to understand and identify key market trends, with strategic market development experience.
Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
High energy, teamwork, and a passion for engaging with team members to deliver top-notch solutions to clients.
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Own Car & Driver’s licence • Willing to travel within South Africa and regional countries occasionally.
