Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner to provide integrated support across the CEO Office. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role—it combines executive partnership, strategic coordination, governance support, and business reporting to enhance the effectiveness of senior leadership. Working closely with the CEO, Senior Executive: Head of Digital & Go-To-Market, and Chief of Staff, you will ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities while enabling operational excellence across the executive office. This role requires exceptional organisational ability, executive presence, commercial awareness, and the confidence to manage multiple senior stakeholders while producing executive-level reporting, presentations, and strategic insights. What You'll Do Proactively manage complex executive calendars across multiple senior stakeholders. Coordinate executive meetings, leadership forums, and strategic engagements. Manage executive correspondence, inboxes, and follow-up actions. Arrange local and international travel, including logistics and contingency planning. Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and key internal and external stakeholders. Support day-to-day operations across the CEO Office. Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities. Maintain RAG status reporting and executive governance dashboards. Prepare executive reports, briefing packs, presentations, and board documentation. Capture meeting outcomes and monitor action items to ensure accountability. Coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive operating rhythms. Consolidate reporting across business functions to ensure consistency. Analyse business data and develop insightful management dashboards. Produce executive-ready presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to improve productivity and reporting quality. What You'll Bring 8–12 years' experience supporting C-suite executives within a complex corporate environment. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or Chief of Staff support. Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously. Strong background in executive reporting, governance, and business documentation. Experience coordinating strategic initiatives and executive operating rhythms. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems. Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Advanced Excel skills with exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools. Outstanding organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence.
