Executive: Business Transformation | Johannesburg | Permanent Drive transformation at scale. Shape the future of digital home lending. This senior leadership role sits at the centre of a major transformation journey within a large retail banking environment. The Executive: Business Transformation will lead the strategic evolution of the Home Loans business, ensuring alignment with broader retail banking capabilities while accelerating digital innovation and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for delivering large-scale strategic initiatives, integrating customer journeys across the wider banking ecosystem, and embedding digital transformation through emerging technologies and external partnerships. The role combines strategic programme leadership, enterprise collaboration, and operational transformation to position the business as a category leader in the market.
