JOB SUMMARY:
A well-known and established food ingredients and flavours company requires the above to manage assigned key accounts with primary objective to build relationships and grow accounts to reach their full potential.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements for the role:

A food technology degree or related qualification is essential for the role.
Previous key account / sales experience having worked within the food industry calling on the food manufacturing industry is essential.
Previous sales experience working within the flavour industry is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Managing assigned key accounts, building relationships and growing accounts.
Ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and gross margin.
Managing key accounts to ensure volume and market share growth of flavours in the food industry.
Identifying market opportunities for flavours in the food industry.
Developing specific sales strategies to ensure sales growth.
Presenting and advising customers on product solutions.
Generating monthly sales reports.
Participating in sales meetings to share field problems, ideas to grow the business promotional actions.
Involved in product development of flavours in view to grow and capture flavour market share.
Identifying and analysing customer requirements and developing tailor made services to suit those needs.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
