JOB SUMMARY:
Organisational Development Specialist (2 year contract)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The candidate must have demonstrated experience and achievements in the following key components aligned to the scope of work

• Institutional or organisational restructuring and change management;
• Review and development of organisational structures and job descriptions;
• Job evaluation and grading;
• Review of employee related costs;
• Performance management;
• Labour relations matters;
• Development of institutional policies and procedures; and
• Other human resource and related matters.

Qualifications & Expertise Highest educational qualification obtained in either of the fields
• Accounting /Auditing,
• Financial Management,
• Public/Business Management,
• Public/Business Administration or any related field
A minimum of ten (10) years, experience in Local Government. Five years in a managerial position.
