Organisational Development Specialist

OD Specialist with a Master’s Degree and/or registration as an Industrial Psychologist (HPCSA) and minimum 5 years’ relevant experience working with senior leadership teams, required to partner with leaders and other organisational stakeholders of this FSP, to drive effectiveness and achieve business objectives.

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant Qualification and/or registration with the HPCSA as Industrial Psychologist essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Organisation Development Specialist required
• Experience in dealing with senior leadership teams required

Responsibilities:

• Implement HC solutions which will enable strategic objectives in partnership with business
• Enable client centricity within area of responsibility
• Craft highly effective teams
• Contribute to financial controls and planning
