Global Telecommunications company has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Specialist in Lending Operations and Sales!
POSITION INFO:
Multinational company with over 30 years experience in the local and African market is looking for an experienced Principal Specialist in Lending Operations and Sales who will be responsible for the management of the internal and partner/supplier relationships for the execution of operational/support processes as well as prioritization and reporting as it relates to risk & compliance, reporting on sales & distribution and customer experience. More rescosibilities include developing and implementing operational frameworks, acting as subject matter expert with regards to operations within the broader lending business.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Completed Degree – 3 or 4 year degree.
A minimum of 8 – 10 years’ relevant working experience essential in operational and sales management.
Experience in financial services, lending or digital product enviroment is essential.
Strong knowledge of the Financial services and some telecommunications industry
Experience in scoping, designing and implementing operations reports
Experience in setting up, vetting and managing operational service level agreements
