Our corporate listed company in The Financial Services industry seeks your solid 10 Years plus banking experience with exposure to sales .

This is to manage ATM sales within cash and ATM''''s.

Manage the activity and productivity of of the sales and canvassing new business.

Maintain existing corporate Relationships and provide customer service excellence .

Minimum Requirements :

Qualifications

Matric with a tertiary business qualification B.Comm.

Experience

10-15 years banking experience, with exposure to sales.
Exposure to ATM placement would be an advantage
Project management ability – to manage multiple stakeholders / complex processes.
An understanding of sales, solutions optimisation, and implementation thereof
Good knowledge on of ATM Devices and the placement thereof
Comprehensive knowledge of administration systems, procedures and processes.
Thorough knowledge of all service offerings..
Knowledge of sales and service delivery benchmarks and standards.
Knowledge of risk management principles
Knowledge of business economics and financial management principles.
Financial acumen to manage budgets and cost to income ratios
A good understanding of competitor activity regarding ATMs

The successful applicant must have the following skills:

Project management ability – to manage multiple stakeholders / complex processes.
An understanding of sales, solutions optimisation, and implementation thereof
Excellent verbal communication skills, sincere and articulate.
Good presentation and negotiation skills.
Able to convey factual information clearly.
Diplomatic and tolerant in relaying and receiving information.
Socially confident, quick to establish rapport and able to maintain relationships even when communicating disagreeable information to others.
People management skills, including teambuilding, team goal planning and the ability to use team expertise to full advantage.
Methodical, organized and detail conscious.
Customer service orientated.
Results-orientated, competitive, adheres to turn-around times/deadlines.
Assertive – able to handle conflict and remain focused under pressure.
Tough-minded, able to retain optimism despite setbacks and not take criticism personally.
Able to motivate others to obtain optimum delivery on sales made/applications submitted.

Takes decisions around whether contracts should be renewed or terminated based on the performance of the ATM
