JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Duties:

Manage people – Lead back-office sales team (1-4 people)
Sales Reporting – Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reporting suite for multiple business units
Lead Pricing – Develop, maintain, and control pricing models across multiple product groups & locations
Assist Brand/Product Mgt – Manage product portfolio including line-ups, extensions, and positioning
Drive Class A S&OP – Coordinate internal S&OP process incorporating market intelligence, demand creation/forecasting, supply review, financial plan & execution
Internal Collaboration – Communicate and liaise internally with all business depts (sales, contact centre, transport, production, finance)

Key Attributes:

Tertiary Education compulsory (eg. CA, Bus.Eco’s, MBA etc.)
Minimum 5-10 year’s work experience in similar environment incl. managing teams and collaborating with all levels of mgt.
Expert in data analysis, manipulation, reporting etc.
Process oriented with emphasis on attention to detail.
Knowledge of tyre industry preferable but not essential
