Senior Digital Technical Specialist – Parktown – R1.2m per annum

Fintec services company in South Africa providing tailor-made insurance, investment and healthcare solutions is on the hunt for a skilled Senior Digital Communication Specialist to join their amazing team. You will be joining a team dedicated to developing people in their roles and offer a stimulating and challenging work environment geared towards growth and innovation

Your responsibility will be to manage the environment end-to-end, support the current Adobe Experience Manager processes and make recommendations on improvements in the current environment with a special focus on making use of AEM.

Education:

• An Engineering degree; BSc Computer Science; BCom Informatics; BIT; BIS degree
• An Adobe experience Manager Certificate (Dev/Ops Engineering, Developer and/or Architecture), postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
• ·

Experience:

• 4 - 6 years’ experience with Java software development and JavaScript
• 4 - 6 years’ experience working with Adobe Experience Manger Forms
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience on Java6+ and JEE (Servlets, JSP, EJB, REST and SOAP), JBOSS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on MSSQL (Mongo would be advantages)
• Designs

Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins …)
• Worked in a multi-project environment
• Knowledge of and exposure to SDLC / Change Control / Release Management
• Solid understanding of versioning software – Git
• Excellent technical knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES4 or higher: Building Adobe Form templates
• Frontend development on most of these technologies (Web: Angular, HTML, HTML5, XML, CSS)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
